Our Story

From the heart of the Levant, the cradle of olive trees, and from a small village called Kafr Takharim, the story began. Olive trees in this land are the identity of the place and the identity of its inhabitants. Olives are their sustenance, their medicine, and their product of which they are proud before the whole world.

Our story began nearly a century ago, when our founding grandfather, the late Mustafa Ramzi Kayali (Hajj Abu Hassan), dedicated his life to serving the land and cultivating olives since 1940.
He began working in agriculture at the age of twelve, and he was not just a farmer, but a pioneer in developing olive cultivation in the region.

With his own hands and under his supervision, more than 15,000 olive trees were planted. These trees were not merely a source of livelihood, but a legacy passed down through generations.
He cared for them as one would care for history, watering them with his heart before the earth's water. He asked nothing more of the land than he gave it, and it gave him back with a bounty befitting his faith in it.

Each tree was a quiet investment in the future, and each season a test of patience and faith in the land. Today, after decades of care and labor, these trees give us fruit that yields some of the finest olive oil.

Believing that olive oil is not merely an agricultural product, but a symbol of the land's bounty and the authenticity of history, we established Al-Kayali Farms Company to bring this blessed product from our land to the tables of the world. What began as a family farm has now become a fully integrated agricultural enterprise, having established complete control over all stages of production, from the tree to the present.
