Our Story

From the heart of the Levant, the cradle of olive trees, and from a small village called "Kafr Takharim," the story began. Olive trees in this land are the identity of the place and the identity of the region's inhabitants. Olives are their sustenance, their medicine, and the product they take pride in before the whole world.

Our story began nearly a hundred years ago, when our founding grandfather, the late Mustafa Ramzi Kayali (Hajj Abu Hassan), dedicated his life to serving the land and planting olives since 1940. He began working in agriculture at the age of twelve and was not just a farmer, but one of the pioneers in developing olive cultivation in the region.

With his hands and under his supervision, more than 15,000 olive trees were planted. These trees were not just a source of livelihood, but a legacy stretching across generations. He cared for them as history is cared for, and watered them from his heart before the earth's water. He asked no more of the land than what he gave it, and it gave him back with a generosity fitting his faith in it.

Every tree was a quiet investment for the future, and every season a test of patience and faith in the land. Today, after decades of care and labor, these trees grant us fruits that produce some of the best types of olive oil.

Believing that olive oil is not just an agricultural product, but a symbol of the land’s blessing and the authenticity of history, we established Kayali Farms Company to transfer this blessed product from our land to the world’s tables. What began as a family farm has today become an integrated agricultural institution, after building full control over the production stages "from tree to bottle".
